  1. Application: You send us your complete application documents - either on your own initiative or for one of the open positions listed below.
  2. Telephone interview: If your application has aroused our interest, we would like to gain a first impression of you in a personal telephone conversation.
  3. Interview: If you have convinced us in the telephone interview, we will invite you to a personal interview in which you can present your work methodology to us based on a short case study. During this interview, you will meet at least one of our managing directors and one other manager in person.
  4. Decision-making process: After your interview, you will usually receive binding feedback within two weeks. If you have any further questions about the status of your application, our recruiting team will be happy to help you at any time.
